We help design and build individual bespoke new homes for clients and also design and build our own properties for sale to those looking for a new home in the area.

We enjoy working with people who have found land to build a new home on and offer our services, coupled with those of a good team of contacts in the area, to help them achieve the building of their dream home.

Our specialist contacts include architects, kitchen and bathroom designers and suppliers of materials and equipment to meet all requirements. We also build our own homes to sell on the open market and are always looking to acquire plots of land with residential building opportunities.     We built this lovely family home in the village of Exning near Newmarket, completing it in 2012. The size of the house is 2600 sq. ft. and it sits within large private gardens with two patios and a double garage/workshop with doors large enough for today's 4x4 vehicles. Finished to NHBC standard the home was sold with a 10 year warranty.




    On the ground floor the property features a large kitchen/breakfast/family room adjoining the large utility/boot room and pantry. Also downstairs the layout provided a large lounge, separate dining room, a study and two cloakrooms.

    There are five bedrooms on the first floor including a large master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite.

    We incorporated several features within the house which included a hand-built kitchen with granite worktops and high quality Bosch appliances. The latest in-built ceiling speakers to provide music to various areas, efficient under-floor heating to the ground floor and first floor bathrooms, high insulation levels along with many other modern finishing touches to meet the needs of today's discerning buyer.

    Our flexibility and desire to get the most from a new home enabled us to spot an opportunity to increase the overall floor area, and by installing attic trusses and some velux windows managed to create a third floor for our purchaser which is now used as an office and large storage area.


    Houghton, Near St. Ives
    (Contract Build)

    We were given the opportunity to build this splendid property in Houghton and completed the work in 2012. Here we received possibly the most unique request we have had from a client so far and installed a large fish tank in the wall between the dining room and lounge so that it could be seen from both rooms. The result was stunning.

    We worked very closely with the client to provide a truly individual home built to a high specification. This included the latest in kitchen design, a built-in audio visual system and a soft play area for their daughter. As the building work progressed we adapted the design and layout to the customers' requirements whenever possible, working closely with the planning authorities where necessary.
